Alexandra is in her third year of University and working with Breakfast London as part of her course placement. Having met Bianca, the founder, at a university alumni event, there was an instant fit with the company. Put two foodies with a shared love of marketing together and you’re likely to get a wonderful partnership.
As a new Londoner, Alexandra is making the best of her time in the vibrant city and taking it all in before returning to her final year of university. Still in the early stages of her career, she’s now firmly convinced that working in a breakfast and brunch related job must be what people refer to as ‘living the dream’.
