| To enter: |

|
| Entrants must enter their name and email address in the fields provided on the competition landing page. The winning entry for the competition will be selected at random on each of the twelve days, starting from 01/12/18 until 12/12/18. Winners will be informed over email. |

|
| Winner’s name and email will be passed to the restaurant who will contact the winner to arrange the redemption of the prize, as well as confirm the prize details. |

| We are Breakfast London Limited. For the purpose of these terms, the following words shall have the following definitions: |

| we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ refer to Breakfast London Limited; ‘entrant’, ‘you’ or ‘your’ refer to the person entering this Competition.; |

|
| breakfastlondon.co.uk is managed by Breakfast London Limited. |
|
|
| This competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 or over, resident in the UK & Ireland, with the exception of our employees and employees of any participating company in this competition. This competition opens on 01/12/19 at 0001 GMT and closes at 12/12/19 at 1159 GMT. Any entry received after the closing date will not be valid. By entering the competition, you will choose to opt in to receiving information from Breakfast London, as well as the restaurant providing the prize for winners only. If you do not wish to receive any further correspondence from us, please unsubscribe from our mailing list via the ‘Unsubscribe’ action provided. |

| The competition may be entered free of charge. However, entrants must meet their own fees incurred in entering the competition, including, but not limited to, the costs of connecting to the internet. |

| A winner will be selected at random via a random number generation system from the list of entrants that have registered their details within the allocated time frame. |
|
|
| The winner will be notified within 7 days of being selected, by email. If any competition winner is notified in error, then no prize will be due. |
|
|
| We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. However, if a winner has not responded to notification within 7 workings days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. |

| The redemption of the prize[s] will be in the hands of you and the restaurant or brand providing the prize, and not up to Breakfast London. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details by entrants. Any prize that is returned undelivered will be assumed to be unwanted and we reserve the right to select an alternative winner to receive the prize using the same process referred to elsewhere in these terms and conditions. |

| If there is an error in the prize description or value, then there will be no obligation to fulfil the prize. The prizes are not for resale or transfer. |

| The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize. |

| Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control. |

Any information you provide as part of this promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Entrants to this promotion hereby release Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from any claim or liability suffered in connection with this promotion. |

| Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to a prize will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original. |

| If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this promotion, or for any other reason, we may at our sole discretion refuse to accept an entry, or award a prize. Our decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into. |

| To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. |

| By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions. |
