A deli and eatery by day and night, owners Jess and Matt treat Fink’s Salt & Sweet like it’s their kitchen table. Sometimes it might be a quick bite, a coffee and a chat, and sometimes it’s a feast and full-on celebration. Set up in a former Victorian butchers, Fink’s was born out of their love of getting people round a table for great food and stellar company.
When the weekend rolls around, it’s brunch o’clock all day. Simple, straightforward food and great coffee, their focus is their fantastic ingredients they use, most from around the corner and a few from around the world. Order the brunch board and Bloody Mary’s if you’re in a group, and don’t leave without some artisan products and freshly baked goods.
