Born in 1991 as a sausage shop in Smithfield Market, Heap’s Sausages continues to serve customers great quality seasonal sausages. With more than ten types of sausage to choose from (including veggie and vegan options), the cafe delights guests with hearty breakfast dishes such as Big Heap’s Bap (with two sausages, two rashers and a fried egg) and Mr Heap’s Great British Breakfast. They also serve a range of cakes and the obligatory sausage rolls and offer a kids’ menu for those coming in with little ones.

Located just around the corner from Royal Park, Heap’s Sausages is an ideal stop after a refreshing morning walk. Guests can continue to enjoy the fresh air while they sit outside by the pastel green shopfront. The interior is just as lovely, with white wooden booths and tiled walls hung with pictures. The space is brightened up by the colourful drawings on blackboards, and offers plenty of entertainment, either admiring the chefs at work in the open kitchen or people watching through the panelled windows.
