The Providores and Tapa Room is technically two separate restaurants (upstairs and downstairs), but the Tapa Room is the one on the ground floor where breakfast is served. Yes, it may be a chic wine bar and dinner destination in the evenings, but stroll up in the morning and you’ll be blown away by their menu.
