The name Percy & Founders was inspired by the Duke of Northumberland, Hugh Percy, and the group of philanthropists who founded the Middlesex Hospital in 1755. The restaurant opened up in the spring of 2015 in the heart of Fitzrovia, cooking up delicious breakfasts and brunches.
